The SRC series is built around a high reduction ratio. Combined with a mechanical-hydraulic overload protection system, the single roll crusher handles a wide range of applications.
A defined crushing chamber contour ensures effective intake of the feed material – even with irregular piece sizes.
FLEXIBLE AND ROBUST
The single roll crusher features one driven roller and a pivoting breaker wall. The tools on both units are matched to produce a defined end product. Hydraulic gap adjustment allows fine-tuning of the output grain.
The hydraulic overload system handles foreign objects safely: when a foreign body enters the crushing chamber, the breaker wall opens against the hydraulic cylinders’ retaining force. Once cleared, it automatically returns to its set operating position.
The gap can also be manually opened via the hydraulic cylinder to release foreign objects. After deflection, the breaker wall returns to the originally set working gap automatically.
The drive system is designed for very high loads and delivers strong pull-through force.
