The real challenge? The nickel ore is extremely sticky, making pre-screening impossible.
This is exactly where the Sizer demonstrates its strengths. With maximum torque at a low operating speed of just 25 RPM, it delivers efficient and reliable crushing performance. Synchronous roll rotation combined with spiral tooth geometry ensures a controlled material flow through the crushing gap, so only oversized particles are reduced while the Product Size is maintained.
